A: This product needs to be plugged into a power source and charged for 4 hours before use. The internal battery of the robot is only used to support safety devices to prevent falls.

B: The machine cannot be completely immersed in water! You can only spray some water on the glass or cleaning cloth with a water bottle (see video C below)

Usage:

1.After starting, wait for 20 seconds until the blue indicator light stops flashing before starting to work. Because the robot needs 20 seconds to detect the glass surface.

2. When using, it is necessary to fasten a safety rope to prevent falling from a high altitude.

Spray water on the edge of the mop during work for better results.

We provide a 3-year warranty service for this robot. If any damage occurs, we will send free accessories for you to install on your own (we will attach installation videos). But if it is caused by human damage, you will need to bear part of the cost.
