2. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing parts
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A brief explanation
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial or full refund
- Another appropriate resolution
4. Items Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will first investigate the shipment status. If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide either:
- A replacement shipment

- A full refund
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
