BASIC OPERATION
Set the speed selector to the off position and disconnect the appliance.
Install one matching pair of beaters or dough hooks.
Place the attachments into the ingredients.
Connect the appliance to the power supply.
Select one of the five speed levels.
Use the turbo function when required.
After use, return the selector to the off position.
Wait until the attachments stop and disconnect the appliance.
Press the quick-release button to remove the attachments.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Disconnect the appliance before cleaning.
Remove and clean the beaters or dough hooks carefully.
Dry the stainless steel attachments completely before storage.
Wipe the motor unit with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Do not immerse the motor unit, cable or plug in water.
Store the appliance and attachments in a clean, dry place.
