Mobile Phones Supporting Qi2.2 Wireless Charging Protocol & Usage Precautions

I. Apple Devices
iPhone 16 Series
1.iPhone 16 Plus / iPhone 16 Pro Max: Support full 25W peak fast charging under Qi2.2 protocol
2.iPhone 16 / iPhone 16 Pro: Compatible with Qi2.2 standard, unable to reach the maximum 25W power output

iPhone 17 Series
·iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max: All models fully support 25W full-load Qi2.2 wireless charging
·Charging Test Data: It only takes 30–36 minutes to charge iPhone 17 from 10% to 50%. The charging speed is increased by 25%–40% compared with 15W wireless chargers.

Other Apple Devices
2025 iPhone Air: Equipped with Qi2.2 protocol, but its charging power cannot reach full 25W output.

II. Samsung Galaxy Devices
1.Galaxy S26 / Galaxy S26+: Only overseas versions support full 25W Qi2.2 fast charging
2.Galaxy S26 Ultra: Natively supports full-load 25W Qi2.2 wireless fast charging

III. Google Pixel Devices
Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL: All models support 25W magnetic Qi2.2 wireless charging. Note that some system versions will limit power output, preventing full 25W charging performance.

IV. Power Adapter Matching Requirements
1.Adapters with PPS 3.3V~11V: Built-in 12V voltage gear, maximum wireless charging output capped at 15W
2.Adapters with PPS 3.3V~16V: Support adjustable 16V voltage gear, enabling full 25W wireless fast charging
3.Adapters with PPS 3.3V~20V: Equipped with adjustable 16V voltage gear, peak wireless charging power up to 25W
4.PD-only adapters (without PPS): 20W/30W/45W/65W PD adapters lock to fixed 12V output, maximum wireless charging power limited to 15W
5.QC-only adapters (without PPS): Default to fixed 12V voltage gear, wireless charging power capped at 15W maximum

V. Critical Usage Notes
1.iOS Version Restriction for iPhone 16 Series
iPhone 16 series must be upgraded to iOS 26 or later to unlock full 25W fast charging with third-party Qi2.2-certified chargers. On older iOS builds, only official Apple chargers can deliver 25W power.
2.iPhone 17 series natively supports full 25W Qi2.2 fast charging via third-party chargers out of the box, no system upgrade required.

Attention to instructions

Prerequisite: The iPhone 16 series needs to be upgraded to iOS 26 or higher in order to unlock 25W support for third-party Qi2.2 chargers (older systems only allow Apple official chargers to reach 25W); The iPhone 17 series is now fully supported

Conditions met: Qi2.2 requires a full load of 25W charging power, paired with USB-C PD protocol, an adapter with at least 30W input power, and a phone battery level below 80%, with the device in a normal temperature controlled environment below 40 ℃ to trigger full load power.
